“Brilliant stay”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 June 2014 via mobile

Stayed 15th to 18th June. We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Weber in room 4 - the one with the balcony at the front of hotel. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast delivered to our room was great, saved us having to get ready to go out each morning. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The stairs are steep but not as bad as we were expecting. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, location is great. We love the Liedersplein area so this hotel was perfect for us.

Really a good location, except it is located immediately above two popular bars that are quite loud. They do provide ear plugs and you can close the window.
Stairs are steep, but they helped with bags.
Lots of positives:
Bread delivered every morning between 8-830am (croissants, rolls, sliced bread), stocked fridge with free food (yogurt, milk, meats). Bed was comfortable. Staff were very pleasant. Good location.

Room Tip: As for a room that does not face the street.

We stayed at Hotel Weber for 3 nights and enjoyed every second of our stay. The staff are amazing and the hotel has a relaxed vibe. Like most people on here I have to comment about the stairs they are steep.... going up is fine, coming down can be a different matter. But it all adds to the stylish charm of the hotel. Breakfast is amazing if you love frshly baked bread and flaky crossiants. The location was perfect for us and enabled us to see a lot of the city. We will definetely be back!

This is a great little hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. We recently stayed here for two nights and were so pleasantly surprised. We read the reviews about the steep stairs - YES they are steep (we stayed on the top floor and it was doable) but don't let that put you off as the rooms are really big for European standards - everything is clean neat and tidy - the kitchenette is lovely and has everything you need. The breakfast is sufficient - lovely fresh bread and cold meats everyday. The mattresses are on the soft side but comfy for a short stay. Wilem the manager is very helpful with everything! The location is great - its 2 mins walk to Leidseplein which has the tram and busses (there is the 197 which takes you to the airport for less than £5!) everything is in great walking distance. There is also a bar downstairs from the hotel - which can be quite noisy in the evening and early hours of the mornings - however the hotel provides ear plugs which is good.
Would love to come back and stay and explore more of Amsterdam.

Room Tip: Rooms not facing the road are less noisy and the higher up the better (if you can handle the stairs)

Hotel Weber is a cozy and charming hotel in one of the best areas to stay in Amsterdam. The bus to-from Ariport stops at the corner. Breakfast is served at the room , with all you need . Staff was helpful. There is a steep staircase just when you enter the hotel, which can be a problem if you have heavy luggage or have any problem to climb it.

very nice hotel in ideal location, hotel room was very comfortable; loved the idea of 'breakfast in bed' with fresh bread served to room in morning; only downfall was the double bed being 2 single beds :)

We stayed at Hotel Weber for the second time in December 2013, for 2 nights. It was wonderful, as always. Fantastic breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, and polite customer service. Well linked to transport, restaurants, and a few mins walk from tourist information. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet.

You will not be disappointed!

We are excited to stay here again some time in the future.

Room Tip: All rooms have their own character. We had room 4 - with a balcony.
