This "hotel" or "inn" is neither a hotel nor an inn. It is a low class flop house. The "hotel" is listed on a number of travel web sites as being 4 stars and I have no doubt the "hotel" purposely gave this incorrect information to those sites. Similarly, all the "excellent" reviews listed here and in some other sites evidently were I believe put there by the owners of the place themselves. The place is officially 2 stars and those 2 stars are a stretch.
The place is a low quality boarding house with seven rooms. Its web site lists it as a "boutique" hotel. Maybe it would be considered such in ZImbabwe. There is no hotel at all, no office, no dining room. One climbs a ladder-like unsafe set of narrow steps to get to the rooms. Those rooms have semi-porno trashy photos on the walls. The place sits on top of a noisy bar that operates till 4 AM. Breakfast is a tray of crap left in a minibar the night before. It is shabby and dirty. The management (owner?) incompetent. It is priced like a real 4 star hotel but is a skid row crash place.
Run for the hills - stay away from it.
