We stayed here in April-14 and could not be happier with the entire stay.
The room was large with 2 single beds, flat-screen tv with English channels, and a great power shower and fresh towels both days. Choice of soft and firm pillows
Inge on the front desk was a very helpful and a credit to the hotel in explaining how the metro works (including selling 2 day passes for €12), location and a painless check-in. Commute from the quiet residential neighbourhood into central area is around 20 mins and the trams are very frequent.
The free wi-fi is very quick throughout the building.
Self-service continental breakfast with lots of choice inc fresh fruit and a hot drinks machine.
Outside parking is free over the weekend which helps on the exs and there are local shops to provide with usual supplies if want to eat/drink in room and the hotel let you use their wine glasses located in reception.
Tourist tip - either pre-book Anne Frank's house or get there early to avoid a 2-hour wait.
The hotel is a great base and is perfect if you don't mind a short tram journey at a reasonable price but staying in a well-appointed hotel.More
