WARNING: rooms are on the fourth floor! so four flights of stairs! Sergio was nice enough to carry up one suitcase but honestly if you plan to get high or hate stairs... maybe this isn't the best place to stay.
There are about three rooms all of which are simple but clean and modern, which is nice. The bed was a bit flimsy, half the bed leans downwards from where everyone has sat on the end of it as there are no chairs. the bed cover thing also had stains which was a bit disgusting too.
There is a kitchen, not that we used it at all but if you do need to use it then it seems good enough.
the shared bathroom wasn't a problem for the first two days, but on the third day i was dying for the toilet and it seemed that everyone needed to have a shower in the morning! became a bit of a problem! even went to breakfast and back and it was still busy! not Tulipana Residence's fault of course nonetheless something to take into mind.
We had no problems with mice like in other reviews - I'm guessing that problem was sorted?
We were however waiting for an hour and a half outside when we arrived despite emailing them that we would arrive around midday which was extremely annoying since we had two big suitcases and it was hot! but Sergio was very nice and apologetic. I'd advise for people to arrive around 3pm to prevent having to wait so long.
The location is literally about 3 minute walk from Dam Square (which you can kind of see from the terrace on the roof) and has fantastic transport links outside the place too.
The place was a tad hard to find as it is so narrow small building but if you head straight down the main street from central station then you're on the right track.
