This restaurant opened in the summer of 2013. Previously, the chef, Jamal Darkaoui, has cooked in some of the best restaurants of The Netherlands. In Noara's he combines the best of classical French cooking with the ingredients and techniques of the Moroccan kitchen. The result is a menu with a number of very imaginative dishes of highest quality. We had the surprize menu that surprized us in the best possible way: effective and original taste combinations, beautiful presentation and good portions. The interior breaths the atmosphere of Thousand and one Nights. With a card for lunch and high tea and a lounge section, Noara's is on the way to become one of Amsterdam's hotspots.
