Went here with a few friends for dinner on a midweek day. The place was busy however not all tables were fully occupied. Tasty food, reasonable prices, inconsistent service. See my pictures.
The food: the cuisine is Vietnamese/asian, with a lot of dishes to choose from. The menu was in English. A lot of variety, including options for vegans and vegetarians. We ordered several dishes, including starters, mains and a dessert. The food tasted good and authentic, with plenty of fresh herbs and other fresh ingredients. The quality was good.
The venue: nice setup, however not suitable for all night dining since the seats are not comfortable (mixed types of chairs/benches/stools). It has a nice atmosphere. Table setup is “asian streetfood” style.
The price: reasonable for this type of streetfood-style of dining. Portions are small but this is reflected in its price. You will need 2-3 dishes for a proper meal. Drinks are a bit overpriced: most of the glass was filled with ice.
The service: this is very inconsistent. Don’t expect high end service. The waiters are friendly but it may take a while before they are coming to your table. When getting their attention, we were sometimes ignored. They don’t come to your table if you don’t ask for it (so no proactive service). Most were friendly though, some speak English only.
Dishes tends to come quick and will be served directly after preparation, which is annoying if you would like to eat “simultaneously” with your dining partners (one of my friends had to wait 10 minutes before her Pho was being served, while the rest of our table already had their meals).
