We stayed for three nights, and it was just perfect!
We had a one-year-old girl, though Martha welcomed us as her family, and she gave us tons of tips during our stay.
So, we could find a really good restaurant on my birthday where is pretty close to the B&B, and nice places to visit and so.

Her hospitality is much more than I expected. We had enough drinks, good chocolates, turips that we thought it was impossible to see in winter.
I'm sure you will be surprised.

The room is clean, beautiful, and really confortable to stay. You can also use a kitchen, and a living room with other guests which is tidy and clean.
I recommend you stay here when you visit Utrecht.

Thank you for everything, Martha!
We definitely come back here.

Stayed at the Gregorius for a couple of nights and it was wonderful. Martha greets you with a friendly smile and is so helpful. We were travelling by car and found a parking place very close to the front door - Martha has a parking permit which you can use (though there is a charge). We didn't need the car during our stay - the Gregorius is within easy walking distance of everything.
The room was super-comfortable, looking onto the backyard and with a balcony. In addition to the bedroom you have access to a dining area/kitchen (a well equipped kitchen) and a comfortable lounge with table, chairs, sofa tv etc. These rooms are 'shared' with other guests that may be staying in the second bedroom - during our stay there were no other guests and so we had the whole place to ourselves.
The location is idyllic and the setting just like a postcard photograph - outlook from the front window of the lounge is onto a narrow cobbled street, a canal, trees and a bridge.

After traveling non-stop for 3 weeks, we stopped in Leiden for two days. The room was immaculate and comfortable; the breakfasts generous and tasty (with great 3-minute eggs :) ); clear communication and friendly information about the city. Our host found us cheap bikes rented from someone she knew, with which we went riding out of the city and toward the castles and windmills--an excellent day. We'd definitely stay here again.

Martha welcomes you with open arms and you immediately feel at home. This B&B is updated and has everything you could want. Breakfast is optional at an additional fee, but there is a kitchenette for your use. Fully stocked with all cooking supplies, in addition to tea, coffee, butter, creamer, sugar, salt, and pepper. (There is a market nearby to pick up whatever you need.). A bottle of wine was waiting for us in our beautiful room. Very comfortable beds with fluffy duvets. There is a tv in the room. Plenty of storage. Soap and shampoo provided. Heated towel racks and bathroom floor. You can adjust the heat in your room. You have a private balcony to use in nice weather. Room overlooks the back yard. No noise from the street. You also have use of dining and living room areas. Rooms are only one flight up and Martha will assist you with your bag if necessary. 15 minute walk to Central Station. Short walk to all Utrecht sites and shopping. Be advised, if traveling with a US credit card, you will have to pay in cash. European Chip Cards are accepted.

Arrived on our bicycles to a warm welcome from Martha. Very central in Utrecht in an old building but so quiet with gentle sound of church bells in the vicinity. Bedroom with balcony overlooking gardens, sitting room overlooking canal shared with another room along with kitchen and dining area.
Beautiful designer decor, spotless and immaculate-could not be faulted.
The bed was so wonderfully comfortable (high quality bedding too) great nights sleep. We opted for making our own breakfast (Nespresso machine and milk provided) but Martha will also provide breakfast on request.
Thank you for your great hospitality Martha. Charlotte and John
