Beautyfull hotel situated in the old city center, right next to a channel. Inside everything is accomodating and the rooms are more than adequate, clean, with good beds. Elevator brings you to your floor without hassel.
The servicelevel is beyond compare, reaching levels we might expect, but rarely get, at hotels with a much higher pricetag. Staff was friendly, and konstantly provided small gestures of welcome. From the cool drink at checkin, fresh treats whenever passing through the lobby, advice about good places to visit and to dine.
Parking is expencive at a close parkinglot. Reception can provide locations further away.
Breakfast is an explosion of varied things. It will take you more than a couple of mornings to explore everything there, from pancakes(european style), fish, toast, saussage and fruit ... etc. Only the softboiled eggs continued to disapoint, being overcooked.

A hotel worth visiting again if I ever pass through that area again, or perhaps pass through that area just to stay there one more time.

Room Tip: get number 12.

We were travelling around Holland staying in mainly 4 and 5 star hotels and was sceptical when choosing this hotel; however, I went in with an open mind. I found the whole style completely outdated and I think it was more of a B & B rather than a hotel. The breakfast was quite nice in all honesty, but I wouldn't stay here again because of the 'closet-style' bathroom, lack of air conditioning (the fan they gave us was no better than blowing air through my mouth) and appalling facilities. On the plus side, it was close to the city centre, and the staff were quite friendly.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Delft. We used it as a base for day trips. The hotel was lovely to come home to every night. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet kept us going throughout most of the day. The staff was very professional and helpful. Less than a 10 minute walk from the train station with luggage.

We were very pleasantly surprised, once we found the hotel. I had carefully copied how to get there, but we arrived, very tired, from the Amsterdam airport and went round and round the town before finding the hotel. (We were driving.)

They were very welcoming and we were able to get into the room early after an all night flight.
Delft is the most charming town. We were there en route to Bruges and did not expect much.

The hotel person gave us a great list of restaurants, not far to walk. Everywhere seems convenient and close, including 2 lovely squares and many canals.

The breakfast was the best ever. The hotel while reasonable priced, has an elegant atmosphere which one would usually find in a much more expensive hotel. If I had known, I would have planned to stay at least 3 days instead on one. This is a really wonderful hotel, run by very gracious people and one of the best values we encountered in N Europe.

Room Tip: We were upstairs (there is an elevator) in the back and it was quiet.

The Leeuwenburg Hotel in Delft is such a wonderful place. Easy walk from the train station. There is construction going on at the train station so when you arrive follow out to the front of the station. Cross the street and turn right on Barbaarsteeg go straight over 2 small bridges and turn left on Koornmarket. The hotel is on your right of the canal and has red awnings. I stayed in the room with the balcony overlooking the canal. It was just lovely. Breakfast is great—lots of choices hot and cold, tasty marzipan pastries. They also put out brochette and sausages, etc...in the late afternoon. The staff ws friendly and helpful. The locatiion is perfect with a small grocery store nearby as well as a bike rental. It is very near old town --everything of interest is in walking distance. There is good Wi-Fi access. A great place to rest while in the wonderful village of Delft.

Room Tip: The balcony room(and I do believe there is just one) is super. You may hear some passerbys in the ev...

Pretty hotel in a perfect position on the canal - just a short walk from the rail station/tram stop in one direction and the pretty town centre in another direction. Very comfortable hotel, good Wi-Fi access. Unfortunately our ground floor room lacked the view of the canal or town that higher rooms would have had but this certainly did not spoil our stay. Best of all was the breakfast - an array or breads, meats, cheeses and smoked fish, salads, cakes, pancakes, fruit...the list goes on!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on an upper floor to get a good view.

Lovely hotel situated next to the canal, in walking distance of the old town. We had a small room but it was clean and comfortable with a window that opened for fresh air. There were larger better appointed rooms but they were already booked when we reserved. The staff was lovely.
