We had a great 2 week stay in Leiden. The hostess of this b&b is warm and engaging. She offers a lovely breakfast at the time of your choosing and you are her only guests so there is no worry of sharing a bathroom or a hallway. Your rooms are actually an apartment with a bedroom and a small rooftop porch. The location is central to old city Leiden and walkable to all the many museums, downtown shops, restaurants and canal walks. We made day trips to Amsterdam (20 minutes) and Delft (20 minutes) which we enjoyed; but, we were happy to be at home in Leiden - a charming and easily navigable city.
