We dine here regularly. Fritschy is situated in Delfshaven which is an old part of Rotterdam that survived both WW II and the sledgehammer of building companies after WW II. It is small so make sure you make a reservation. Most tables are on the first floor. There is no written menu; all guests eat the same, lovely Spanish food, unless you are allergic to something. The wines are very good as well. Service is excellent.
