Whenever visiting a new city I will always try and seek out a vegetarian place to eat. This was very well reviewed so we went to find it. The service style is unique, you pay for the weight of the food on your plate, based on a tariff of 1.95 euro per 100g during their 8am-11am breakfast service and then the price goes up to 2.50 euro per 100g for lunch and dinner. There was 4 of us and the average plate weight was 400g so around 10 euros for a nicely filled plate. We visited around 6pm and the restaurant was nice and busy, with a very varied customer base. The selection on offer was superb, offering plenty of cold and warm dishes (i recommend the artichokes and the quinoa with cranberries) as well as a great choice of desserts.
