You walk in and are given a card that they will load up with the price of the food you order at other counters and when you leave you pay your balance. When ordering your food you can go to a pizza or pasta or appetizer/salad line. Each line will customize based on what you want. The pizza line hands out buzzers that will let you know when it is ready so you can find a table while you wait and that keeps that line a little shorter. The pasta lines are much longer and very slow. If you have multiple people in your group you can all be getting your food at different times and it makes it hard to eat together. In our case I ordered soup and bruschetta and took that and the free bread back to a table. I had time to eat my entire meal, which was delicious, and wait another 15 plus minutes before my husband even made it to the table with his pasta and by then his bruschetta was cold and soggy. They only had expensive bottled water available but no tap water. The almond cookie was good but the chocolate cake a disappointment. Although we enjoyed our food we didn't get to enjoy it together.
