Until the Hilton opened, the Des Indes (Le Meridien) was the best hotel in town, and charged accordingly. The Hilton turned that around, and at half the price and 30 years newer, it's no surprise that it's often sold out. Breakfast is typical Dutch (mediocre unless you like cold cuts), but the staff are friendly and the rooms clean and well proportioned given its location.

From the moment we checked into the room, all the wife could say was how nicely decorated and sexy the rooms were. Although lighting was sparse, the rooms were built for comfort and functionality. We also loved the fact that you could easily walk around and access to a lot of the offices were within 5 minutes from the hotel

The hotel is located not too far from Centraal train station, with the shopping streets, restaurants and attractions of the city within walking distance. It is on the other side of a canal to the nearest main road making it a fairly quiet area. The hotel is only a few years old and is faring well in all areas. As a Hilton Honors Gold status I was upgraded to an Executive room on the 5th Floor. It was only fairly spacious but comfortable with very good facilities and a small balcony. The room is well equipped with good wifi, a large desk, fridge good iron & board and 2 larger glass bottles of complimentary water etc. The bed was very comfortable and during night and morning it was quiet with no road or hotel noise. The room had a wall mounted 37” LCD TV that had a good selection of Dutch, German, French, British and Italian programmes. The bathroom had larger size Peter Thomas Roth complimentary toiletries and is all glass walls and marble, with separate shower & bath.
The Executive Lounge is narrow, medium sized some with breakfast bar style high tables near the serving area, a number of small tables and a sofa area around a large low table. The lounge provided some complimentary snacks and drinks during the day. The evening drinks start at 17:30 and seemingly last until it closes although this was limited to beers, wines and Prosecco with no spirits on offer and the additional food offerings were snacks only. The lounge does have a good size terrace that will be very nice in the summer as it will get the evening sun. Breakfast is also served there but I took it in the main restaurant for a better selection and it was typical of a European Hilton.

Room Tip: Street facing Exceutive Room on the 5th Floor with a balcony.

I stayed in the Hotel while attending a conference there for four nights, what I realized was that this hotel was design for your comfort, the corridors are wide with windows by the Lift and sitting areas all along the corridor.
The breakfast is also excellent as my Hilton Gold status accords me free internet and breakfast in this hotel.
The Room are big by European standards, equipped with a tub and shower area.
The hotel is with 10 minutes walk to city center, good restaurants and city attractions.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and willing to do anything for you.
If you plan to go by Taxi to and from the Schipol airport Amsterdam my advise is that you call the Hotel to arrange a pick up for you which is a lot cheaper and a more comfortable ride.
I will stay during my next visit to The Hague.

Room Tip: Ask for room with city view , I stay I a room without any view but a boring courtyard just looking a...

A good business+family hotel, well managed and well served with quite courteous stuffs (not so common in EU). I stayed here with family after our arrival from India, and was impressed by the service. My last two hotel stay in the Hague was pretty much forgettable, so I wanted something for a change. It is very close to the city centre area, yet away from the cluster. Though the room sizes are not the best in class, they were not bad either. Bathrooms were of really good size, which probably took away few inches from the bed area ; ). We had access to the free lounge bar at the top floor, which served tea-coffee-snacks-drinks all day long and was the best part of our stay (esp with very young kid). In room dining is not bad. I heard great reviews about the restaurant they have in the ground floor, though my one dinner sitting there did not give me a great feel. Otherwise, we really loved our week-long experience.

Room Tip: Top floor rooms looking towards East or South .....

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room and bathroom are very large for European hotels. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful (and speak very good English). The location is 1 block from Tram 1 and 3 blocks from Tram 17 so it's very easy to get around without having to take a taxi (or using a bike which everyone seems to have here).

There isn't a big selection of restaurants or shopping within walking distance but 2-3 stops on Tram 1, there are a ton of places in Central.

I would definitely stay here if coming back to The Hague (or Den Haag).

Ofcourse, Hilton is known for its fantastic service, but on newyears eve they outdone themselves. They made sure me and my husband had a wonderfull time. They made sure we and our kids (1,5 & 3,5) all felt confortable and could enjoy the evening.
