“A Gem In the Hague!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2013

Hotel Court Garden is not for those looking for big spacious and exquisitely furnished rooms but you can expect some of the best treatment you can get anywhere in a 5 star hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is great with all sorts of organic fruits and juices to go with and the rooms, despite being small, are very comfortable. There are numerous restaurants serving cuisines ranging from Italian, Indian, Kenyan, Greek, Chinese, Thai etc. Near tram and bus stops hence easy to connect to Den Haag Central Station or city centre.

Don't stay in Room 101. It is ridiculously small. Have to squeeze between main door, bathroom door, bed and luggage. Need tea and coffee facility in rooms
However breakfast was excellent. Mattress and pillows excellent but bed not a Queen size or even a Double
On checking out when mentioning room size General Manager Karel Vandenberghe could not have been nicer. Refunded some euros, stored luggage, provided bottled water. Thank you.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, quiet rooms with great beds! Large buffet of organic breakfast.
In the centre of The Hague. Free wifi without any code, very easy to use. We had 2 splendid nights and recommend this hotel to everyone!

Within easy walking distance of the centre of the city, this is a fresh, pleasant, friendly hotel that comes at good value.
The approach is eco-friendly, with sensible ideas and facilities that help, such as free wi-fi or free tea and coffee making facilities in the lobby.
Breakfast generally runs till 10h, but make sure you come before 9h30.

After many years of visiting family in Den Haag we have found an excellent new little hotel which offers a basic, economical stay with everything we needed for a 3 night stayover: super friendly staff, mixture of room sizes, basic breakfast, endless coffee, excellent central location, spotless attire, free wi-fi, great parking for a large car and simply delicious beds!
The fact that it is also eco-friendly was the icing on the (organic) cake!

Room Tip: ask for a room facing the internal car park for a quieter stay.

The Hague is a must visit for its sights, bars and shops..........
A good welcome and lots of unlimited free coffee from reception area.
A well placed hotel within walking distance of open air bars , restaurants and shops.
I did seven nights and was very happy with the room, bed, showers and oveerall attention .
WI FI is excellent and free too......it was clear and fast...................top marks.
Give this hotel a try and I dont think you will be disappointed.
You can hire a bicycle from reception and get out and about quickly.

Staff were friendly, rooms are clean with free wifi, the hotel is fairly central, and I thought the breakfast had more than enough options to keep me happy, as it should for the price. My main complaint is: why is it assumed that a booking for a single person means being squashed into a small single bed? Bizarrely, my room had 4 - yes 4!!! - single beds in it. Why not at least make one a double and then two singles, which would provide all the choices needed. I just do not expect to be in a huge room sleeping on a tiny single bed. For that, I am afraid it only just squeezes in a "very good" rating.
