“Beautiful autumn colours”
Reviewed 24 October 2013

This small Japanese garden at Clingendael is always full of colour during its twice-yearly opening to the public. During my October visit, there was an attendant to answer visitors' questions. During the spring opening the nearby cafeteria was open. It can get busy on weekends but it is usually a little quieter on week days.

“so pretty”
Reviewed 29 August 2013

Very pretty gardens, so unusual, I had seen plants and flowers I had never seen before or even dreamed of. It was quite the experience. Very tranquil gardens and so peaceful. One could lose themselves in the gardens. Very Japanese like and soothing for the soul. Excellent visit.

Beautiful little garden which is only open for 3-6 weeks a year. Well worth a visit. Have a stroll round the clingendael park too!
