Shady place in a shady area, expensive rooms with a price that is various from day to day, depending of how many guests they have, incredible!! The staff was not professional, and it was noisy and loud and difficult to sleep. The place is hidden in between auto-repair shops and other businesses, and if you walk 2 minutes in any direction, you will find that it is not a safe area. They love to say it is close to trains and `trams`, but in this small country there is always public transport close by.
Worst place ever, and I have been around.

Stayed in a two-bed private room, €65/night. This location felt much more institutional than the other Stayokays we visited (Texel and Egmond) - it's an old school and it feels a bit shabby in places. The room was clean and big though, and staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast could have done with a bit more variety. Short walk from the centre of town, bike parking is very secure - through two locked doors, so if you're bike touring you can be confident that your bike won't get stolen. Didn't have any problems with noisy guests, but this location seemed to attract more school groups/teenagers than families. On the whole, it's ok, but if I returned to the Hague I'd be inclined to look for a hotel/B&B next time.

The hostel is well situated to access all parts of The Hague and has good amenities as far as hostels go. The price is a little high but at least breakfast is included. They do not allow you to bring your own food in though.

Staying in a female only room (4 double beds). It was quiet and decent, with clean bathrooms and showers, and enough space for clothes and bags.
Each bed has it own night light switch and electric socket.
You are not allowed food at all in the Hostel, and the morning breakfast is very limited in choice and it could certainly be enhanced.
Free Wifi-Access and a Library for a quiet work and even occasional colleague meeting.
It's a 5 min walk away from DenHaag Central station.
Cost wise it is relatively higher than many of the other hostels around.

Room Tip: Rooms on the river-like canal have a relaxing view.

I stayed in the female-only dorm when I went and it was surprisingly spacious, clean and had tables etc with plenty of charging ports. The room was kept clean, and it had its own shower and toilet which was also kept clean.
The staff were helpful and friendly, although the breakfast could certainly be improved.
Very convenient location as it was only a short walk from Den Haag HS station.
Did not try the other food but wish they would allow outside food seeing as they have a large seating and recreational area.

None of your own food allowed into this place- better yet their own kitchen has no food itself with a little menu. Breakfast is literally a slice of regular bread, with butter if your lucky. Some creep old men come here for the bar checking out younger girls- thats NOT ok. Building is in the crappest part of town. Rooms are freezing. Bring your own towel. Towels here for your body are the size of a hand towel. If you need a second towel, they charge you. Hate this place. Wasn't my choice however- college study aboard trip. Only good this is unlimited wifi but you have to be on the main floor to get any signal.

Great value hostel. The staff were great, genuinely friendly and helpful.
The hostel is close to Den Haag HS station and a 20 min walk from DH central. Reasonable comfort, clean and with bar and bike hire etc. We really enjoyed visiting the Netherlands and took a day trip to Amsterdam which was a highlight.
