Main thing, of course, is that the food is delicious and the service very attentive. We booked a table for 6 a couple of weeks before we ate there, and every seat was filled, so perhaps you do have to book a while in advance. One negative thing is that the chairs are not very comfortable, and I was told the same applies to the leathery benches against the walls. The location is good, close to the big flea market, as the name suggests, and to the theater. Forget free parking, but there are parking garages near by and public transportation too.
