My partner and I just returned from a one night stay at Rosier 10. We had high hopes from the reviews, and were not disappointed when we arrived - well decorated, clean, friendly host Roseanne who gave us lots of tips, a map and loaned us a great book. This in mind I would love to be writing a more positive review of Rosier 10 but unfortunately there was a big problem with the room (Soir). The heating was non existent, the shower was luke warm at best - not what you expect from a 115Euro per night room in a wet cold Antwerp. We had to call Roseanne (who was 'out of the city') who gave us tips for tinkering with the boiler, the radiator etc - none of which worked. We called again, Roseanne was back in the city at 11pm... not great for us needing a shower before dinner with a reservation we were now running late for. We said we wanted to move to another hotel/b+b this was not good enough. Within 30 minutes another lady arrived with a standalone (electric plug in heater) quite why this didn't happen in the beginning I have no idea. It worked, it warmed the room but it didn't help with the water situation and by now we were miserable. We were given a measly 15E (my partner genuinely thought she said 50!) which will not even pay for the calls or the cold remedies. I find it interesting a previous review from 2012 (Garance59, Switzerland) also mentions the non-existent heating... so is this an ongoing problem I wonder?. If you plan visit, in the colder months I would suggest calling to confirm this will not be a problem for you. I'm sure its a fantastic place to stay in the summer months the location is great.

Myself and my Fiance just got back from a Europe trip and we had Rosier 10 recommended to me by an Aunt of mine in the Netherlands. She couldn't have been more correct! The stay here was great, incredibly clean and nice with everything you need, and just a short walk from the city center or cafe's. Roxanne the owner is one of the best people we met in our entire trip, she was absolutely amazing about everything from making our breakfast at the requested times, to giving us tons of ideas of what to do, and where to see - she had great personalized suggestions that really were dead-on. Our only regret was not spending an extra night here!

Fantastic stay!

Rosier 10 has a nice and light interior design. The rooms are clean and well take care of. The ceilings are really high which give a great effect. The interior in Rosier 10 is light and tight but gives a warm feeling. The owner and hostess of the place was friendly, flexibel and give you personal advice and attention. Breakfast was tasteful. I would definitely recommend this B & B to other people and I hope to come back some day.

.....but it's definitely worth it. A stylish, modern bed&breakfast with 4 rooms - "matin" for the early birds, "midi" for the hard workers, "soir" for the good life and "nuit" for the naughty among us (i'm citing the owner when she introduced the facility to us). Rosier is a bit of a back street - of an otherwise very lively and entertaining neighbourhood, with many eateries close by. Matin and midi are 1 flight of stairs; soir and nuit require 2 (which is quite a bit, as they are steep). Therefore, less suitable for physically handicapped. Free internet. The breakfast is very good. Service may require a cell phone, but the owner answers calls fairly promply.

Our stay at B&B Rossier 10 was a couple of weeks after opening for the first time. Everything is in mint condition. The owner/hostess/cook is one of the most hospitable people we have come across in a long time. Originally she is an interior designer and the B&B shows her capabilities! From the beautiful reception/breakfast area to the luxurious rooms with en-suite bathroom and separate private toilet: gorgeous modern interior design. Breakfast is a treat. The love for her product and for her city is heart-warming. Go here!

To give a realistic review, other travellers note (on other sites) the following minus points:
- late check-in time (18:00) -> you can park earlier and go and see the city.
- derelict buildings in the street -> true, but mostly in the process of being renovated.
