“only wine and good story's”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 January 2014

This is a bar only for wine and wine products, and they are good at it, and almost every wine they serve has a special story to it
So if you are in town and want to drink very good wine go here!
the are not big, but have a very good atmosphere and small tablesettings, if you want to get there with a group you have to reservate, its is so small that you can only go there with maximum 4 people at once (only about 30 people will fit in this place)
They have about 8 wine's you can order by glass (white and red) and the rest is to order per bottle!

“Passion for wine?”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 December 2013

The first impression: a cosy and friendly space, maybe a bit too small to be comfortable.
The wine list is rather limited considering the core business of the place...
They have some good ideas, such as the " discovery wine ", and the categorizing of wines according on the occasions on which you want to drink them.
However, we were strongly disappointed by the general attitude of the owner.
Saying to a client who is wainting to order: "No, not now, I first need to finish this game" (on his smartphone) is not what we call customer oriented business.
After having tasted the "discovery wine", we expressed our enthusiasm about it and asked for some explanation. The brief and clear answer: "Argentina".
In this business, I see no passion for wines whatsoever, and a complete lack of attitude towards the customers. Clean up your act, guys!

“Nice outdoor space”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 September 2013

Just went in for a glass of their 'surprise' wine, two glasses for 9.80 euros, very pleasant and nice little patio area sitting in the sunshine.

“Poorly conceived wine store/bar”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 April 2011

The owners had the interesting idea to create a wine store and a wine bar at the same time. The wine tasting seems to be targeted mostly at people who know nothing about wine and come to discover something they like (you order the 'discovery' wine, the 'wine to drink with friends' etc.), making it less interesting for those who are more seriously interested.
But then the price per glass is too high for amateurs just discovering stuff, and the range of wine that you can taste is too restricted for just going there to sit and drink. The food comes in small portions so is only as an accompaniment to the wine, but again at a hefty price. Finally, the interior decoration is bland and again hesitates between a store and a bar so that you are never fully at ease.
The whole concept is just badly thought out, and as a result, the initial interest that people had in this bar seems to have worn off rapidly. Too bad, because it could have been successful if they had gotten the concept right.
