Calm and quiet and yet downtown, tucked away behind the main street, near excellent shopping and sightseeing to the Wellington Museum and the Lion Hill monument to the Battle of Waterloo.
Lovely grounds and very modern. would be great for business meetings too.

Intelligent aircon/heating - if you have the window open, it won't turn on ... !

kitchen was closed for vacation til Aug 18th however the included breakfast was still great.

Front desk really was accommodating with extension cords, advise.

Room Tip: one of the best/ reliable/ easiest WIFI connections we had in our trip across Europe - no sign in...

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. The first one was fifteen years ago and I had a good memory of what it had been all those years ago, so my wife and I booked in for a week's stay. And we weren't disappointed this time either. First, you may miss the drive the first time by, as it is located just off of a roundabout. There is ample parking and it is free-unlike the hotels in Brussels, plus you don't have to fight to try and park a car on an already crowded street if you stay somewhere else. The savings on parking will definitely make up for the extra distance out to Waterloo. Then there is the staff. All of the reception desk staff speak English fluently and couldn't be nicer. Whether you want to exchange money(daily limit $100), have them hire you a taxi, or you are asking for directions to a restaurant, these folks go out of their way to please you. We ate breakfast daily in the hotel and the selection-while it never varies-is ample. Depending on how full the hotel is, service can be a little slow, but it always comes with a smile and a desire to please. We found our room to be very good for the rate. AC is a little slow to cool off your room, but then some of the smaller hotels don't even have an ac. The 1/2 door on the shower is a little tricky as you can get water all over the bathroom floor if you're not careful, but it only took once to figure out how to resolve that issue. Need extra pillows, one call and they were delivered while we went out to dinner. The only slight negative is that on Friday and Saturday night, the club up on the corner can get a little loud-and the bass can be heard as a dull thumping inside the hotel until after 1am. But that is a minor inconvenience for an otherwise great hotel. Super location and the responsive staff make this a wonderful experience when you are planning a Belgian holiday. Suggest you take in the Butte du Lion (Waterloo monument only 10 minutes away)Grand Plaz, Brugge and Lueven, time permitting. If you only have time for one side trip, Brugge should be at the top of that list. Next time we are in the vicinity, we will book here again!

Nice clean, newly renovated. small hotel behind the main high street through Waterloo. Rooms generous sizes and well equipped. Free Wifi very good signal. Quick. Batahrooms modern minimalist styling. very good. Breakfast plentiful. fresh fruit and juice, plus usual cold meats an fresh bread. Nicely cooked eggs to order. Everyone very friendly.
Running note. the route up to the Butte Du Lion (Waterloo monument) is better through the back streets as opposed to the main road. tricky to find so take a map. Nice 12km round loop, or more if required.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the new block and away from the bar. Not number 22. its the first one from the bar...

This hotel is centrally located in the small town of Waterloo. It is not difficult to find and has free outdoor parking. The hotel is well designed and set in a beautiful modern landscaped garden. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The only slight negatives are the lack of wardrobe space and the restaurant is closed at the weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Arrived in Waterloo with my husband and two teenage grandchildren - had asked for two rooms, one with twin beds. Not only did they honor our request but we had a type of suite with one door to enter a hall and then both of our doors. It was large and airy and we could have stayed a long time. Service at breakfast was great and staff more than helpful. Also ate at their restaurant and it was very good too. A delight to stay here.

Room Tip: Stayed here several times and never had a bad room.

This is a very nice hotel in Waterloo. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean with a modern, funky decor. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was included in my stay and was very good quality with staff topping up supplies regularly. I also ate at their restaurant and had a perfectly cooked steak with bearnaise sauce. I would happily stay here again if I needed to work in this area.

Have stayed here many time and the staff is great, hotel clean and food is good. It does however have a limited menus. No worry there are many places within a 5 min walk. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Room Tip: They do have apartments
