Spent one night here in a family room. Good size with beds for four people, clean and comfortable. Had air con which was good as located by the motorway so noisy if you have the window open. Good for a quick getaway although the sign posting to the motorway could be better. Friendly and cheerful staff.

Note that the bathroom is very small and is raised up so is not wheelchair accessible. This isn’t made clear in the description. My son is a chair user - we managed but could be a problem for some.

There are two electric car charging points by the front door. The disabled spaces are right round the back a long distance from the entrance - why these have not been put by the front door instead of what we’re empty electric car spaces is impossible to understand.

The description of ‘nestled in a green location’ is a bit of a stretch - it’s located on what can best described as a retail park - there are trees etc but it’s not a park.

Did not eat here - there’s a Pizza Hut a short walk away but other places are probably best driven to.

So a few gripes but overall a comfortable hotel, good value for money, and would stay again.

couldnt get extra pillows as told hotel was full!! after stating the hotels info said a good sleep was their priority the receptionist/barman said he would try and get one from another room and he gave us 1 extra despite me asking for 2!!bar menu expensive and was told food wasnt good by others(we eat out)porterage was only to reception!!

Room Tip: stay somewhere else!!!

Stayed for one night only but it's a very nice hotel, breakfast was nice, staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable. Taxi was arranged the next day for a meeting and arrived right on time.

i had a noise problem in my room, that appeared all of a sudden. The noise prevented me from sleeping. I went to the reception desk, they were immediately proposing to give me another room, went upstairs with me to my room to figure out where the noise came from. Fortunately it had gone (maybe it was a noisy aircon from a tour bus?)
Breakfast in the morning: very good, abundant choice

After big and nice renovation, and 8 month later , this nice hotel is up and running with a daily nice occupations. The bar and restaurant with small dishes are available during 24 hours. All staff friendly and available for support.
