We visited this restaurant following reviews on here.
We booked through Tripadvisor as well so really convenient as otherwise there could have been a language barrier on the phone.
We walked about one mile to find this restaurant and it appeared to be in a commercial part of town that was very quiet for a Saturday night.
We were welcomed as we arrived and made to feel included straight away.
The restaurant was actually very busy.
We had a nice table and were immediately attended to. The waiter asked where we were from and he was efficient and friendly all night.
The wine list and menu were extensive and we soon found something we liked.
For starters we shared Buffalo Mozzarella, aubergine, courgettes tomatoes and rocket. Delicious.
We were served a small taster that was a tomato and cheese calzone as well as home made bread and olives.
We both had chef recommended dishes for our main, I had a black truffle risotto and my husband had sword fish. They were both amazing dishes and the attention to detail would not have been out of place in a Michelin starred restaurant.
For dessert I had lemon and lavender semifreddo and my husband had tiramisu which was presented in a plant pot. Very original and both desserts were delicious.
We enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant and everyone was attentive and friendly.
We ended the meal with cappuccino and complimentary limoncello
When in Brussels give it a try.
