These are set up like spacious hotel suites with kitchenettes. But there is no front desk. You get e-mailed a magic number to open a box with a key card to your room, and then you're kind of on your own. You can call the central Brussels office with questions, and they are pretty good. The minimalistic maid service is fine. I was very happy given the prices of hotels to end up with a spacious suite, nicely appointed with equipped kitchen - mini fridge, mini dishwasher, stove, microwave. I had a lamp that was broken, told the cleaning lady an she had someone there within an hour or so. I was in the "Quartier Louise" units.
