The hotel is very good localized, not far away from the center.

We were 4 persons; we rented an apartment for 2 nights. They gave us the room twice, and after they didn´t had any more rooms available. (The other room only had a single bed, the 4th person had to sleep on the couch in the living room). Since they are no separation between the rooms, that can be difficult for 2 couples, but for a family with kids it´s perfect.

The price was good, since the apartment was quite clean, and had plenty of space, but the rooms with no separation between them were awful.

A lot of prostitutes in the street near by...

I stayed here with a group of friends and it was perfect for a couple of nights in Brussels. A good location, only 15 minute walk to the centre of the city, the rooms were clean & catered well for us, the small kitchen area in each room was very handy too. If you would like a kettle you have to ask at reception, but that's easy enough to do on arrival. The staff were friendly & so willing to help, they recommended a great area to eat in, where it wasn't so touristy & helped us out on how to travel to the Atomium - their English was top notch! I slept in the lounge on the sofa bed, as some, but not all, rooms have sofa beds & it did dip in the middle so my friend & I rolled into one another in the night but apart from that the rest of my friends didn't have any complaints on the beds. The black-out curtains were amazing too, great if you want a lie in.

As a regular tripadvisor visitor, I went to check what people were saying about this hotel. Some made it look terrible, others only talked about the working girls outside the door. So unfair! We were three people and we were pleasantly surprised by our room. We were given a small duplex apartment with small kitchen, mini bar and a flat screen TV with hundreds of channels, including our international channel. The kitchen enabled us to do simple dishes and breakfast and save a lot of money in meals, as restaurants are a bit expensive. Yes, there are prostitutes outside the door, but they never did nothing to us and there are also all kinds of people in this area and I never felt unsafe, not even at night. At about 30€ per night, this hotel was a great deal - right next to a metro station, 20 minutes walking distance from the Grand Place, with all kinds of supermarkets and bars for all kinds of needs. Very good hotel, I would stay there again!

The worst hotel I've ever been to. My girlfriend and I just stayed for one night and we woke up and there were bugs in the bed that bit us. We came home and we had to take a lot of measures to clean and disinfect ourselves. It was the first time something like that happened to us. So in the end the fact that the place is full of prostitutes 24 hours and talking loud at night was the least significant thing, but well maybe they use that hotel... In the end we cancelled our reservation and we stayed somewhere else during our stayed in Brussels.

Room Tip: Don't choose the building that is not in the reception building.

The hotel is a very good, budget-friendly option for travelers to Brussels. Yes, as many reviewers have previously noted, there are a lot of prostitutes hanging around but honestly this was not a real issue for us, they didn't bother us two women at all and we felt more in danger in other parts of the city. The room was nice and clean with higher ceilings and there's free tea and coffee near the desk. The location is pretty good, not a far walk to city center and the Église du-Béguinage is a few minutes down the street and a lovely sight beaconing us out in the morning and welcoming us back at night. Would certainly recommend for the price.

We had a great start to our stay as we got upgraded to a bigger room for free! The room had 2 bedrooms, so that was great for 3 of us. We were on the top floor, and the only bad part about that was that we did not get any wifi signal up there. The hotel in right in front of a brothel kind-of place, which is greatly entertaining at night! The staff was very friendly and we had a good stay overall.

Room Tip: Take a room on a lower floor for wifi-signal!

The hotel was really nice, staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and well presented. It's in a great location right next to the metro and only a 10min walk from the Xmas market.
The only problem is that it's surrounded by prostitutes and although they never bothered us it was a little off putting having to walk past them every time we wanted to go out. They were also a bit noisy during the night when they were arguing. It's a real shame because apart from that we had a very nice stay.

Room Tip: We stayed in 234, spacious and clean with comfy king sized bed, facing the street so a little noisy
