Chez Fatma is a wonderful little traditional North African restaurant. My girlfriend and I went there recently and we told the Monsieur she was Half English/Half Moroccan - he treated us like family and even made us a dish with prunes in it which wasn't on the menu because I said I enjoyed North African dishes with prunes.
We must have sat in the restaurant for 3 hours - you are not rushed to leave. It's a relaxed atmosphere so service is not fast food - if you want fast service go somewhere else.
I liked the couscous especially as it had been cooked in a way that I could never do - it was light and yet wholesome without being too sticky. Expert hands in the kitchen!
The spicy sausage was also lovely.
Oh...and the Tunisian salad was great if you feel like you've been eating too much rich food and want a healthy refreshing change - quite nice if you've been eating rich food for a few days (chips etc!).
It is really good value too - the least money we spent in a resto in Brussels.
Anyway - go! You'll love it.
