Really enjoyed lunch today with wife & daughter at this Chinese restaurant, located just off Avenue Louise. We were welcomed by a very friendly hostess/waitress who was extremely attentive and quick. Restaurant is very tidy, with nicely laid tables including real table linen/napkins (not a standard feature at many Chinese restaurants). Starters: chicken spring rolls and pork sate skewers, mains: Peking duck (very good!) and a plate of Sichuan chicken which the chef was happy to 'spice up' a little extra for my wife. Price/quality ratio very good: total bill of EUR 60,- felt like a reasonable price for this very well-prepared and enjoyable meal.

I am actually living in Brussels for almost years. I visited this restaurant with a group of friends after reading the other reviews on this site. The food was absolutely delicious, the service extremely efficient and the prices very reasonable. It would definitely be one of my favourite restaurants in Brussels.

We were walking the area looking for a place for dinner and just happened upon the Imperial Garden. We were a little concerned because the place was empty and Chinese wasn't real high on our list. But, it was raining, they took Visa and we were hungry and sick of looking for a joint to eat so we said "let's do it." Good decision. The place was very nicely decorated. Flowers, a cool fish tank, Asian feel and a cute little cat lounging about. : ) The waitress was extremely kind and friendly. She spoke VERY little English. With my limited French I managed to order. The food was Fabulous. My wife's Sezchuan dish was very spicey, with excellent flavor, not just heat. I had a tofu with mushrooms and assorted veggies. Service was excellent as well. We actually returned two days later, our last night in Brussels. I've slopped down a lot of Chinese in my 61 years but I've gotta say, This may have arguably been the best Chinese I've ever had. Try it. You won't be dissapointed. Bailli, Two or three blocks from Rue Louise.

This restaurant is a true gem. The service is friendly and efficient and there is a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The food is cooked and served to an extremely high standard and only the best of ingredients are used. The menu choice is very good and is excellent value for money. I can honestly say that my meal in the imperial palace is the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. We found this restaurant by chance and I definitely recommend it to everyone.
