This hotel was really very good I would recommend it. The rooms were beautifully clean, well stocked mini bar and toiletries. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. If I had to complain I would mention the lack of air con, it did get quite warm in the room and the view was a brick wall. That said though brilliant value for money and well located.

I stayed at this hotel from July 31-Aug 2nd. It was hot, with no air conditioning. My room faced what appeared to be an alley of some sort. They advertised free internet, but, that was only in the common areas. If you wanted wifi in your room you needed to pay 5 euro per day, if you had two devices it was 10 euro per day. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby, they charged 3.50 euro per cup. The staff with the exception of the one evening manager Eric were unfriendly, disinterested and pretty much rude. I would not have considered this a 4 star hotel

I thought it being rated a 4* star hotel, air conditioning would be an obvious feature in all rooms, plus I had the misfortune of being in the area in a rather super hot period (booked this hotel from July 26th to July 30th, 2013) and that made my stay UNCOMFORTABLE in spite of having had a nice, clean decorated room with a plush bathroom. I booked through a web site which I thought had mentioned ubiquitous air conditioning throughout the hotel plus coffee-tea making facilities in all rooms. I saw neither, and I would outright add that the former is crucially needed on most summer days.
Apart from this the hotel is quite nice with professional staff and a good quiet location just off the famed and opulent Louise Avenue. Buffet breakfast is very clean, sufficiently varied and satisfying.

Room Tip: I requested a fan to ease my pain from heat and my request was granted and that was a relief of sort...

I spent one night in this hotel, advertised as a nice, classic 4 star hotel. My room faced a calm, but not picturesque background area (room 401). The room was once nicely decorated and the bathroom was once really beautiful, although very tight.

The good points of this hotel were its location and the breakfast, prepared with quality ingredients.

The negative points were the absence of air conditioning, a great disappointment on a hot summer day with 29 C. The window can be opened only to 10 cm and gives directly to stairs, which makes it moderately secure. The hotel would definitely need some reparations and a wallpaper changing because missing painting, dirt in the bathroom and missing objects (no small make-up mirror, just its place) are not those things that make a 4 star hotel.

Great location, nearby a metro station. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast good (not something special). Only disadvantage that the wifi was free only in the lobby. It will be my first choice when i go back to Brussels!

I had a great experience there. Big rooms, very well decorated, very comfortable. Not very close to city centre but 10 min. to Louise station. Can't say about the breakfast, but it seemed delicious. I would stay there again!

Room Tip: Take the front rooms.

We stayed two nights here. It is near the central district but not on a busy street. Short walk to restaurants and attractions. The staff were very nice, spoke good English, and were very helpful. The rooms were very nice, good sized, beds great, large bathroom. Well worth the stay. Wi-fi is free in lobby, not in rooms. They also have underground parking for E15 per day.

Room Tip: Try to get high up enough to avoid looking at roofline
