I stayed in this hotel for three night. For a single traveller it was just about okay. Corridors are so narrow that you cannot cross or pass another person. Rooms are small, though clean. Bathroom needed repair as the sink choked and the flush did not work at times. Location is good, as it is near metro and tram stations.

I visit Brussels every year, but I stayed in Louise area first time. Normal value vs cost. Corridors are like labyrinth and I felt quite excited. Spacious and well equipped room, style of 70-s, bathroom with tub, really king-size bed. Very kind and nice staff in reception. Quiet location and pretty girls on the street corners. 10 minutes walk to metro station Louise and 5 minutes walk to different tram stops. Breakfast - OK, good choice of fresh juices and excellent coffee machine, bacon and eggs, croissants and yoghurts etc. Free wifi in rooms, but you have change passwords in every 24 h and it is troublesome nowadays. Something else negative? Maybe pillow what looks like a sausage.

I stay at this hotel almost every time I visit Brussels. Excellent value vs. cost. Spacious, well equipped rooms, clean, big-enough bathrooms with clean bathtubs (congrats cleaning service!), very kind, well-trained and simply nice reception staff. Quiet location. No problem with finding a parking place in the area. A little bit far away from the city center though.

Room Tip: rooms with the number 1 or 7 at the end are bigger, than the other rooms, ask for a room with a balc...

Location is all right--close to metro and tram, and seemed safe enough to walk in the evening. The property is old and quite a few things in the room did not work properly--like the door to the bathroom that got stuck. Carpet is old and stained. Breakfast had limited choices and was way overpriced--only had it once. There is a joint on the way to Metro that opens at 8 where similar breakfast costs 1/3 hotel price. The hotel staff is ok.

Convenient location for the 94 tram route and just off the Avenue Louise so also within walking distance of the nearest underground station and places to eat out locally. Rooms good size although bath very small. Also very small lift. Clean and comfortable but can be a little noisey if at the front. Reasonable value for money with good breakfast and friendly staff. Room prices can vary quite a lot with what activities are taking place in and around the city so check well in advance if possible.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 days earlier this year, having managed to get a good deal on an online booking website. The hotel was therefore probably more expensive that one that we - as students - would usually have picked. The room was large and well decorated and had a comfortable and attractive bathroom. There were some minor problems with the room but nothing I didn't overlook. The windows spanned one wall of the room and although the view wasn't tremendous they provided plenty of fresh air and an average Brussels street scene. The placement adjacent to Avenue Louise was convenient from our perspective with regards to transport links and would be equally attractive to those visiting for a high-end shopping trip.
