My first and last impression with the hotel staff was extremely bad. Some of them were rude and non-communicable and uncompromising. From day one we regreted booking this hotel for our hotel. We booked this hotel through lastminute.com, the reservation paper says tax and other charges included. We ended up paying more than 100 euros at the hotel for so called "city charges". The hotel wouldn't allow us to use their phone to contact lastminute.com for clarification. This hotel doesn't deserve to be 4star!!!!
One of the room's sink was blocked and some debris coming out and smelt very bad. We complained to the reception and nothing was done about it.
I would never recommend this hotel to anybody and I will never even go back to Brussels for holiday again. We did not stay for the 3 nights we were supposed to and booked out early
