Even though the hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre (Grande Place) it is quiet and good value and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, not large but adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. We came by car and on-street parking near the hotel is difficult. There are in theory some streets where on-street parking is possible but we coulden't find a space so we parked in an underground car park two streets away from the hotel for 18€ per 24 hours.

A very comfortable hotel, we had a room on the 5th floor, the room was very clean and had tea making facilities, lovely bathroom with large shower, bidet and toiletries stocked up daily. Only one small problem the pressure on the shower is sometimes lost on early morning showers, but the management are actively trying to correct this. Breakfast was good and staff very efficient. The hotel is very well placed for the grand place, restaurants etc.

Recent week long vacation to Brussels spent in this Hotel. Service was perfect, everything was spotless, bed comfortable, WiFi connection was strong and free.. The Front Desk staff were kind and helpful with directions everywhere. Location was great, short walk to Train Station, for day trips taken. Equally short walk to Historic City Center . Stay here and you will be pleased, great value for budget travelers. Loved Brussels,Day trips : Bruge ( went back twice), Ghent, .Antwerp.

Room Tip: ask for a top floor for with view and balcony.

This hotel was convenient, only a block from a metro stop, and about 10 minutes walk to Mannikin Pis and the old center. The hotel is on a beautiful square, which our room overlooked. It was comfortable with a nice shower, but a shared toilet (this was an economy room)! Breakfast was only a few euros for guests and was excellent. We were referred there late, but the servers accommodated us. The dining room is fabulous, with beautiful paneling with bells carved in (cloche means bell). The desk was staffed around the clock, and the folks there were very helpful. My husband forgot a backpack in the lobby, and it was waiting for him when he ran back from the train station! The station was an easy walk, but we were told not to walk that direction at night. Apparently the neighborhood is not so good in that direction in the dark. But we felt totally safe walking to Grand Place and back at night. We had a wonderful stay.

I went to Brussels for a long week-end with my partner and was looking for an accommodation not to far from the city center and from the Eurostar station. This hotel was the perfect location: a 10 min walk from both points.
The double room I had was correct in the sense that it was clean, functional and enough space to arrange your things the way you want in the room. The general look of the room was oldish and there was a smell of smoke or old dust but we didn't expect to be in a very luxury hotel. The room was on the street side but we couldn't hear anything at night. Surprisingly the wifi worked very well and the shared toilets were very clean.
The receptionists weren't very welcoming and gave the impression that we were just random clients. At the time to check out the cleaning lady came to knock at the door because we were 2 minutes late. One minute later the receptionist called our room and then called the cleaning lady via the phone on the corridor to know what we were doing. I was speechless being called by the receptionist because you have 5 min late at a check out...never seen that before in my life. This didn't give us a nice last souvenir of the hotel.
It is possible to leave your luggage at the hôtel for the afternoon which is a plus! Despite the cold welcome on check-in and check-out I might come back to this hotel if I go back to Brussels for a short stay.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is just a few minutes walk from the train station and the grand place. The hotel was very quiet so we slept very well while we were there. The room is small, but very clean. The breakfast is very good. The is a lot of choices of things to eat and the lunch room is very clean. This hotel is an excellent value for it's price. I recommend it.

We received a warm welcome on check-in. Our room was ready, the receptionist provided us with a map of the local area, directions to key sites, and explained about the hotel services. He was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome.
Our room was comfortable, spacious, and super clean. The en-suite bathroom was spotless. Our bed was comfortable and neither too soft or hard (very Goldilocks).
We had breakfast (5 euros) which included cereals, bread, cheese and ham selection, boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Again, great service.
We're already planning our next break in Brussels, and will definitely return.
