Owner description: Wander through the Les Galeries Saint Hubert, a gorgeous glass roofed arcade in the center of Brussels. Lined with cafes, theaters and luxury stores, the Les Galeries Saint Hubert also has the distinction of being the first covered shopping arcade in Europe.

Beautiful gallery in the centre of Brussels close to the Grand Place. Lots of expensive stores selling bags, hats and of course chocolates. Pierre Marcolini shop also present in this gallery and one simply has to enjoy and try the macarons with the different flavoured buttercream. Yummy! Move onto the lesser expensive brands such as Neuhaus and Leonidas which are also delicious. It will take 30mins to one hour to walk this gallery if one enters the chocolate shops. Make sure on visiting the trendy restaurants and bars on Rue Bouchers which is present half way along the gallery. Enjoy

The shops are high end chocolate, gloves, handbags and such. You won't find a better place to window shop. Stop for waffles, and or an actual meal at Mocafe. You can sit in bamboo chairs under the glass arched roof and watch the people walk by. Waffles were yummy but people had creeps, salads and other stuff too. Great place but not the cheapest...given where located, no surprise.

It is beautiful architecture as well as great stores. I recommend going to marcolini chocolates to see what the royals eat. Then go next door to buy some neuhaus chocolate. Much better then godiva.

This is a great area to relax and window shop for chocolates. The small side streets off it also contain great cafes and restaurants offering typical local and international dishes most of then wil offer a fixed price options which are great value but as with all offer they tend to be very popular and may sell out.

great building filled with classy shops, cafes and restaurants. Beware bag thieves - a plague everywhere these days, but the current ploy in Brussels involves them carrying a large empty bag to put yours in
