My husband and I accidentaly stumbled to this museum. The entrance was free, but the audio guide has to be payed for.
We did not have much time, as we were sightseeing, but, my husband loved it. Especially the WWI archive is huge. Also there is an exibition on the WWII and the historical Belgium wars. They also have small stations for kids, that makes it interesting. I think there are also informaton in english and french and dutch.
In the middle of the museum is a cafe where you can wait for your husband, once you get bored with all the millitary stuff.
The only thing that needs better maintance are the toilets!
