Good hotel right in the heart of the city. Good ambience with good breakfast. Since it's in the heart of the city most of he places are at a walking distance. Places to eat and see are at walkable distance. The rooms are a bit small but it's expected being in the heart of the city.

Friendly greeting from the reception really nice rooms great beds good well stocked bar and prices not to expensive. The breakfast was really good with eggs sausages bacon toast and a lot more. But no beans.

Room Tip: do not accept a room at the front of the Hotel far to noisy

You have to be kidding me about a 4 star hotel??? Let's start with no coffee pot in the room! No bottles of water. No face clothes........should I keep going???? LoL. Sorry, I wish we were kidding.
Make sure you don't stay on the first floor or you can listen to music most of the night. Now here's the good part! As I am writing this review after getting moved from our 1st. Room, There was a knock on the door! and low and behold, the staff sent us a nice bottle of wine and a letter of apology for the problems of noise, no face towels and a toilet which found it hard to meet the requirements of a toilet. SO HAVING SAID ALL THAT, The staff is great, and I guess all the short comings can obviously be attributed to two Marriott Standards. One of high in North America, and one for very low in Europe where they can obviously get away with it!

Great service, excellent location, first class amenities. My only complain is that the Internet in the room is NOT FREE. Batroom supplies are nice. Coffee and tea are provided and replenished daily. Hotel security is great too!

The good points - good location to visit Grand Place, (if you don't mind a McDonald's next door) staff very pleasant especially Eileen in the bar and breakfast chef. Bad - we booked an Executive room and compared to the many Marriott hotels in which we have stayed it was mediocre and we had to ask for robes etc. The Executive lounge we only used a couple of nights as it was packed and the first night we visited we could not get a seat. We would not recommend the restaurant for evening dining as the Chef only cooked the meal how he wanted - ordered steak well done, waiter informed us that the Chef's speciality was medium rare, but we insisted in well done and when arrived was red in middle and not as requested, also do not order a Caesar salad as it came without a dressing, and I was informed by the waiter that was how a Caesar salad was and he offered me some mayo - overall very poor. We did advise the reception after eating how disappointed we were. Would not recommend.
