I went to Buon Gusto before and my recollections weren't that good. Back then the place was too crowded, the staff was nervous and service was chaotic. Tonight the experience was different: simply having less people in the restaurant was enough to make the atmosphere and the quality of the service a lot better.
Was it perfect? No, unfortunately not. Forgetting an ingredient on a pizza and putting too much oregano on it (which kills the taste of the other ingredients): that's a pity. But the crust was light and crispy as it should.
Will I go back there? I probably will because the people are honest and genuine and the prices are good. I'll just need to remember asking not to put any oregano on the pizza.
