I have visited ththe Flamingo already three times, always hoping for an improvement on their coffee. Hélas, each time I am sadly disappointed. They clearly have not mastered the art of making coffee, whether expresso, cappucino or just a café normal. The result is simply awful...the coffee is incredibly sour, nose curling sour!
This is very unfortunate because the building is well worth a visit (for its physical attributes and décor). Let's hope the management invests in serious training on how to produce a decent cup of coffee. Currently it's a real pity!
