I had only one night at the hotel. The hotel's location is good. The beds are not comfortable enough to impair the quality of sleep I think the hotel should be replaced bearings. The rooms are small, old, the average cleaning. Breakfast very good and satisfactory

Nice and quiet hotel in the Brussels business center, easy metro access (Botanique). The tramway station is just in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Staff was helpful. Wireless internet signal was weak and the speed was very low. Very goof breakfast.

although stay was only for 1 night that was more than enough. The odd thing is that Brussels is one of the capitals of europe yet english is beyond anyone who works in hotels. That's just sad.
anyway, as others have stated a single room (701) is tiny, I mean tiny. seems as if they were created as an after-thought and I shall never complain about hotel rooms in NY ever again. Single, bed propped up against a wall, tiny desk, minibar (don't take anything!!) and a small, tired bathroom. don't grab the towel-rail you'll burn your hands as its a towel heater and set to HOT! Very dangerous. Bed was uncomfortable too, kept sliding to the right and nearly out. Unfortunately the building site kicked-off at 07.00 am. Breakfast area is too small. insufficient space between the tables and chairs. breakfast choice was fair. nothing memorable, scrambled eggs nowadays seem to come out of a bottle or packet. terrible. Location? well, it took a 10-15 min walk to the grand market. there is a tram running right by the hotel but I don't know where it goes to or comes from. Parking is outrageously priced and you can't get in or out without help....the garage let alone your car. Was everything disappointing? no, checkin/-out was very efficient and fast (despite the language, my school french didn't help). look aroud, there will be better hotels.

I booked a non-smoking room and when I arrived i got a tiny room (which was not in the price range I booked for). The bed was a bit swamped and the shower had a plastic curtain. It is just conveniently located 10minutes from Place Rogier.

Yes, yes, other have said it all. Small room, hugely overpriced even when you get a deal, hotel next to a construction site, ten euros for a tiny bottle of wine from the minibar, five euros for a tiny beer at the bar, small bathtub dangerous to shower in it, bathroom that floods when you do, garage that holds only seven cars, impossible to maneuver in less than ten minutes, or without two people assisting you, or both, but costs twenty five euros per day, snail speed Wi-Fi, funny tasting water, underbaked breakfast rolls, boiled eggs with first number 3, stale apples in the fruit salad, absolutely nothing in the area, no direct public transport to the town center and a good fifteen minutes uphill walk back - it all happens.
It would all be nothing if we had a good night sleep. But we didn't, because the bed was backbreaking. The mattress was so terribly soft and bouncy that we barely got any sleep over four nights. To add to it, there was a constant sound of a door rattling somewhere near. We couldn't find the source, but it might have been one of the small metal doors on the hallway. We were so tired and grumpy, it ruined our stay and our experience of Bruxelles (not that there was much to ruin – everything there is so hugely overrated from sights to beer, especially beer).
On the other hand, all personnel were smiling, there were two chairs in the room, the sausages for breakfast were very good, and the soap in the bathroom was the best I've ever had in a hotel.

Went to this hotel for a business trip. The room and facilities were very good.
Friendly staff, and clean hotel. Only negative was the bad Wifi connection.

Whilst looking for an electrical socket next to the bed (couldn't find one), I found a sock from one of the previous visitors...

The hotel has a good location. It is about 25 minute walk to Schuman and the Botanical Garden is also very close. The room was very clean and tidy and breakfast good. The only downsides were that the shower head was a bit clogged and the water flow wasn't even and one side of the mattress was out of shape. Fortunately i had a double bed and could sleep on the other side.
