We stayed as a group of eight which the chalet / villa accommodated with ease. The reception was great and we were shown all the features of the accommodation, offering to supply things we had forgotten to bring on our trip.
The location is simply stunning, set peacefully away in a private setting, on the hillside of a dense forest region, very alpine like.
It has ample off road parking for 3-4 cars or numerous motorcycles, off road and out of sight.
The building itself is very alpine styled, having two separate double room suites with their own bathroom facilities, then a main body of accommodation with a double and two twin rooms. This was a roomy family styled layout with everything you need for a short break or longer holiday.
It was obvious the property had been recently decorated and was in a good condition.
Overall the accommodation lacked for nothing, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
The area of Coo where it is situated is stunnng. Within n a few minutes walk there are four bars and restaurants all of which were extremely nice. One issue we found is that they do not serve any late food, all close their kitchens before 9pm so eat early.
Also in Coo is a small theme park which would appeal to families. This can be heard from the chalet but fortunate the rides don't start until around 10:30 and closes late afternoon so no evening noise.
Overall the area is extremely picturesque and high class.
We were all very impressed and would definitely stay at Luxechalet Grand Coo.
A credit to the private owner, thank you for making our stay so comfortable.
