The rooms or rather studios are amazing. The quality of the materials used, the comfortable bed, the view from the window, it is all making your stay to a fantastic experience. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast is a sensation.

My partner and I stayed here as part of a week travelling through Belgium and the southern parts of the Netherlands. The rooms feature Hastens beds which was the real drawcard for us. The hotel is a charming complex of rural stone buildings with a limited number of suites. There is an outdoor pool and another in the dark interior of the cellars where the wellness centre is also located. The facilities are top class and location above Namur is lovely. The staff are friendly and hospitable.

My wife and I picked this property out because it had 24 excellent reviews on trip advisor. When we arrived we found that it was a nicely converted farmhouse situated high up in Namur near the Citadel which is one of the main attractions.

There are only six rooms. There are three floors, ground, first and second. Our room was on the second floor and built into the roof space. It was architect designed with a very modern layout. There is a seating area, a separate toilet, a middle area with two sinks and mirrors, a bath and a shower and then a sleeping area.

The shower is not private from the bath and intending guests should be married or at least good friends because everything is on view.

The bed is very expensive and gave one of the finest nights sleeps that we have ever had. The area is an upper class quiet residential one which felt safe and secure. There is free parking space on site. There is also free internet WIFI Access.

There is a courtyard layout with a central swimming pool. Towels and bathrobes are provided.
There a many nice touches like tea making facilities with a choice of upmarket teabags, A great deal of care has obviously gone into the renovation of the premises and the appearance is good but we are not that sure everything is of a practical design.

The two male staff that we saw were helpful and polite. They spoke English. Our problem was that the hotel has facilities for breakfast but does not have a restaurant. We were directed to a riverside restaurant in the town which was owned by the owners of Ne5t. This was about 10 minutes drive away. The food there was good but there were no English speaking staff.

NE5T is an expensive place to stay and while there are some very nice touches and it is certainly different we did not think that it was good value for money. The lack of a restaurant or bar area makes it, in our opinion, an upmarket B and B rather than a hotel. The breakfast had a limited selection. For example there was no fruit on offer only (very good) fruit juice.
The limited breakfast and lack of a bar area and restaurant mean that we cannot really give it an excellent rating though it does have a lot of merits.

Room Tip: There are only six and all looked as if they were of an individual design.

I think this hotel is one of the best I've stayed at.

Although it's expensive, trust me it's totally worth it, the rooms, the spa and the dinner, everything is perfect. I highly recommend this place and it's the highlight of our trip to Belgium.

Remember also go to the Panorama bar/restaurant nearby, it has the best view of Namur.

Room Tip: Choose Duplex room package, it has the best value!

Staying at the Ne5t Hotel and Spa was a special experience. It is a lovely facility. Its location near the Citadel enabled us to spend more time at the Citadel and understand its historical importance. Very interesting indeed.

We arrived tired and reluctant to drive to a restaurant, so Nicolas, our host, brought us an excellent dinner, and wine, from the affiliated restaurant, which is a few miles away.

The owner is to be congratulated for creating such a fine facility, and for his excellent restaurant as well.

Unfortunately, I could only stay at this hotel for one night - stopover on a business trip.

Their rooms are beautifully designed, very comfortable to meet the most demanding needs. The breakfast was tasty.

The staff - very friendly and polite.

Highly recommended !

We stayed for one night at this small suite-based hotel on our way back from holiday in Switzerland. If we had realised how superb this was going to be we would have stayed longer!! The hotel has been created from a range of old farm buildings in a superbly sympathetic manner. The welcome from the owners is warm and hospitable with nothing being too much trouble to make our short stay truly memorable. The centre of the city of Namur is a short drive away, in which is situated a restaurant owned by the same couple. A great location for a quiet weekend of luxury

Room Tip: All seem great
