“Depends upon what you are looking for”

Having eaten in many Brazilian restaurants I can tell you this is very different. The meat was not as good. Salad was brought to your table. There was no buffet style selection of many of my favorites. Getting past my initial expectations/hopes we had a good meal. Service was fine. We sat outside right across the street from a castle on a canal -nice view. The ice cream and chocolate mousse were large and good.

“Plenty of very good food for a descent price”
Reviewed 12 June 2014

We booked a birthday dinner for 12, the table was ready and a nice Staff as well to give us a warm welcome. You pay fix price for a menu and you get all you can eat. Food is really good, well grilled juicy beef, tasty prawns and fishes, vegetables, pineapple, bananas. The only thing you have to decide is a choice between a baked patato or french fries( rather belgian fries:) Wine is ok too. The only small minus is that when dishes are beeing served you have to be very careful - greasy spots are all over . To have an apron is a good idea.
A place worth recomendation, always busy. I am sure you have to book in advance.

“Beg for food, what a terrible service”
Reviewed 26 May 2014 via mobile

Worst place so far after 3 countries in a round trip through Europe. It's a disrespect to customers the kind of service this place has. Food is great, but you'll wait for up to 40 min between dishes, and beg for specialties like shrimp, picanha or lamb. I believed Europeans got used to it, if you notice others comments to analyze. For us, paying almost 30 euros plus drinks and dessert, it's not worth or you need to be in a great mood to challenge your patience. What a pity!

“Pampas Misses the Mark”
Reviewed 19 May 2014

This was the worst dining experience of our Europe vacation. The "all you can eat" menu was offset by the need to beg waiters and waitresses to bring food and drink to our table. What little did come was delicious, but of all the items, we were only offered about half of what was available. Big price, poor service.

“Not for Vegetarians”
Reviewed 12 May 2014

This review is based on two visits, both during the business trips, both diner time.
The restaurant in question is a sort of European variations on Brasilian theme.
It is spacious place, fairly simply decorated, very friendly and efficient staff.Duration of the meal depends on patron needs, tempo of service is adjusted by a simple change of colours of the disk at the table. There are two menus - meat and fish, should one select meat, there will be one or two servings of fish anyway (and vice versa).Novelty is a serving of griilled pineaple, quite delicious, indeed.Wine list is not too extensive, but quite satisfactory, quality of wines - the table range, good and honest, they do not pretend to be something they are not.
Location is on the fringe of old town, just across of the Castle.
Notice : booking is essential, chances of getting in without are quite slim.
Recommended.
