The title induces you are entering a typical French Breton panecake restaurant. They do indeed offer panecakes but they do not have the crispy characteristic as you would expect.
Many drinks are offered but a wider choice of cider (also by the glass or caraf) should be offered.
Prices are quite ok.
The restroom is just next to the kitchen and only separated by one door.
Do not ask for an official note because you will not get one. This is very odd as this is required by national law!!
I would highly not recommend this restaurant for dinner. However if you need a panecake as desert, this restaurant could satisfy your wish if you do not mind the above mentioned comments.
