For the price (€160 for two family rooms) I'd rate the Hotel as average-to-good. On arrival and departure we had two different people on reception and both were chatty, friendly and helpful. Like many Belgians they were fluent in English, French, German, and Flemish!
The rooms themselves were basic but comfortable enough for an overnight stay. The hotel is in easy access of the town centre (although a few miles on the outskirts). Although even with a satnav it's rather counter-intuitive on how to get to the hotel from the main road though and you feel like you are going round in circles!
A warning though - and the reason that this hotel is at best average rather than good - is that the parking is €10 per night on top, and breakfast is €15 per person on top! Not such good value. However as someone else has already mentioned - the IKEA is only 2 mins walk across the road and does a full cooked breakfast including tea/coffee for about €3!! We took their advice!
Summary - a basic, no frills base, which is reasonable value if you don't have breakfast there.More
