Cannot understand how people rate this hotel so low. Stayed for 3 nights, good night sleep, good breakfast. easy access to the Expressways (some commented about difficulties to get in, not a problem for me. I like the coffee machine most.
Once the room service forgot to provide new towels.. no bid deal though.

*** Would be nice if the hotel provide free parking staying guests, or at least discounted rate.

I had a overnight stay at the hotel. It was a good experience. Going to the city center will need you a cab as it's a little far from there. By walk it took me about a hour to get to the site of patershol festival.
Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Horrid experience. Not only was my room not available, rude receptionist told me he could only offer me twin or disabled room and that it wasnt his problem that i should take it up with expedia. Disabled room had no kettle, was dirty, towels threadbare ( had to ask for more) free breakfast buffet advertised is not true..we were rudely told we didnt pay for it! Tv remote didnt work, vent in bathroom doesnt work and room reeks musty ( had to have staff fix it) one horrid experience where no one came forward to try to make our uncomfortable stay better. Never again.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good, lots of choice. The room was clean, but outdated. We asked to check out as late as possible; and they kindly agreed to let us leave at 2 pm.
Unfortunately, our room did not have any air ventilation of any kind; so after every shower, it got way too hot and humid. Besides that, it was more than sufficient to stay the night.

The hotel seems to be built in the 90s - public areas and rooms are well-maintained but the rooms look a little bit dated. I had a spacious room towards the atrium and it was very quiet. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff; tram stop 200 meters away. As mentioned by others, the hotel is located "on the IKEA parking lot" but who cares...

The hotel has a small shop with cold Leffe...excellent!

The biggest complaint: not a single power socket at the bed! That's a no-go nowadays.

Overall, a pleasant stay.
