“An ideal place to take a photo”

This is the place to start your walk. from the top of the bridge you can see the main attractions which you later visit. You can walk around easily, no need for a guided tour, and see the attraction one after the other. they are all in a short walking distance

This city is filled with beautiful sites and iconographic figures. Everything in your surroundings is just gorgeous, Ghent is a city not to miss, having dinner in the places near the bridge is just very romantic!

The view from here is 360- degree panorama. The waterway in front of you - now chokers with tourist-laden boats - belie the fact that the confluence of the two rivers was the city's busy harbour.
Lining the embankment on the right are several ornately decorated guild houses which were formally the meeting halls for seamen or corn traders. Straight ahead is the fish market and the tourist information office, which marks the chic-seedy Patershel zone, a residential district sprinkled with great eateries. Behind you is the imposing Fortress of the Counts.
Its a lively area full of verve and acts as the bell-whether of meeting or hooking-up.

This is a lovely old bridge crossing over the river and alongside some lovely old buildings, When lit up at night, it takes a great photo.

From this bridge there is a fine view of the small port area of Graslei, with its impressive houses and pretty coffee venues.
