My companion and me were able to get a reservation during the week a few weeks in advance.
On arrival we were welcomed by a truly friendly host, the girlfriend of the chef, if i am informed correctly. Apero glass of champaign and & gin tonic (said to change weekly, mine was Hendricks with the correct trimmings) we went for the menu extended with one dish. Original wine selection on the wine list ranging from "conservative" to "adventurous". Fantastic home made bread with an even more fantastic home made butter on the side. Then the menu: all dishes were in correct portions, lovely & pure! A treat for the tastebuds. While dining the customers can see Olly & his team at work in the half open kitchen.
A really nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Honest prices. Will be coming again surely!
