Location is excellent. The breakfast is not too extensive but is great. Non western options are non existent.
The AC in the room is very poor and noisy.
Front desk staff were very polite upon arrival, asking if i would require anything or would i rather just rest. I chose to rest, and was therefore surprised to be woken twice in 4 hours by the cleaning lady...When i asked the front desk what happened, it transpired that the whole conversation was for making small talk and if i wanted to not be disturbed i should rely on the sign and not on them....
To top this i did not get my wakeup call for the folowing morning, but my expectations were lower by then...
Having stayed in a few Marriotts, this is not of the right level...
Will look elsewhere next time i am in Ghent.
