We stayed at the hotel because my husband's job took us to Leuven. The company put us up here and it was okay. The room was clean and housekeeping was done every day. The room was small, but most European hotels are. The furniture was very modern and not meant for comfort.

There is no comfortable place in the lobby or in the hotel to just go and read or relax. You really can't do that in your room due to space. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station, but with a lot of luggage, you will be tired. People either walk or ride bikes. I walked to town by myself with no issue, but I also stayed on the main, busy shopping streets. My feet are killing me, because the hotel is a good 15-minute walk from the hotel, which is near nothing.

Some of the front desk staff we pleasant, while others were cold and borderline rude. The bartenders were similar.

Room Tip: Ask to stay on the Stella Artois side of the street and high up if you're a light sleeper.

We stayed here one night (23/9) on our way through Belgium on a Leger coach tour. The room was comfortable with everything required. Didn`t use the restaurant as we were advised to have meal on the ferry as we may be a bit late for some to eat. Did use the bar, barman very friendly, but prices a bit high. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, so something for everyone. Leuven looked nice but didn`t get a chance to explore.

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable as was the bathroom. It was in a good location, only a 5 minute walk into town where the bus and train stations were located. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in our package, which was plentiful with choices of cooked food, fruit, croissants, breads which were very good. The coffee was good too. The hotel is situated opposite the Stella Artois brewery, which run trips for visitors (again this was included in our package). Despite being on the main road, there was very little noise. The town is quite nice, with plenty of bars, shops, cafés and restaurants. There is a strip of restaurants which can be found if you follow the signs for the Police station along the Muntstrasse, the Casa Mia was extremely good with lovely staff. We travelled to Brussells which is around 30-40 minutes away by road. Would definitely recommend this hotel, good base in a lovely little town.

This is a very nice, modern hotel a short walk from the main public transportation hub in Leuven. Rooms were excellent and had everything I needed. Service staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed here for business with a group from the U.S. Trip was in September 2012.

I stayed at this hotel on 26 august 2013 , the room was ok apart from a problem with the sink, which seemed to be stuck and the water wouldn't run away. I didn't report until left in morning as only stopped one night ,fortunately.
I was on a coach tour with Leger, who asked on coach if we wanted to have a meal on arrival in the evening, and we said yes. I don't think that the hotel had enough staff to cope as their was only one person rushing around trying to take orders for meals and also for drinks. My friend and I sat there waiting and waiting , then I went to bar and waited for ages to be served. We gave up in the end and had to walk to find somewhere else to eat. I believe this hotel needs to arrange for my staff if they want people to eat there!!
