Apparently this hotel has different kinds of rooms, going from basic to luxurious. I don't know if prices vary too.

Our room was right from the entrance sliding doors, just down the hallway.

* not too big, but not tiny either
* very high ceiling made it look bigger
* a lot of windows, but all with special curtains so it stays dark if you want
* large bathroom, very modern en very 'chique'
* very close to the city centre (3 minute walk)
* nice small streets to walk through when getting there
* they have a nice garden too

Room Tip: ground level, right from the entrance, down the hallway.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights on business while presenting at a conference. The hotel is quite near the motorway, but finding it without satnav could be an issue. The hotel surroundings are amazing, with lovely gardens, good parking and friendly staff. The bar closes way too early. The food in the restaurant is nice. Rooms are of good standard and it has a very friendly feel to the entire place. The conference facility beside the hotel is excellent, renovated from a 13th century building. I would recommend this hotel for business or a short break.

This hotel is definitely not a four star hotel, but the breakfast here is delicius with plenty of sweet and salt food and I am sure that everybody must be happy about it.
Well, our room no. 126 was quiet and enough large for two persons. Our bed wasn't a double bed and I really don't understand why as we are married couple.
Bathroom was small but nice with lot of space for women stuff and there was a hairdrier enough strong for my long hair. In room no. 126 is a bath in the bathroom.
Lobby bar is not too much overpriced, we had some beer and Martini and payed about 8 Euros.
We missed a lot a fridge in our room as we brought some Czech specials (ok, beer :) ) to our Belgian friends.
Location is very nice, close to the city center, just 10 minutes far from a night life.

The hotel is very well located, nice stile, comfort.
Leuven is a small city and the hotel is right in the middle of the city.
Breakfast is good, wi-fii everywhere.
The hotel hall is very nice and attractive.

Room Tip: I like more the rooms at the last floor they have a very old style roof.

Stayed here for a night on a business trip. At check in the reception staff were efficient and cordial. Room was decent size, very adequate for one person but maybe on the smaller side for two. Bed was comfortable though again not kingsize. Only shower in room but it was a good shower. TV had mainly english channels with flemish subtitles so no complaints there.

The views from the room were stunning with river running right next to the hotel and manicured gardens. Breakfast in the morning was sumptuous with good variety of hot and cold continental. Very good selection of different breads and bacon sausage and scrambled eggs was delicious. Staff were very attentive.

Check out was again very efficient and though there was a problem with the company credit card, this was quickly sorted by the two receptionists who made various calls to sort out the account.

The hotel is on site of an old monastery and the restaurant next to the main hotel is so atmospheric with one of the best meals I have had in a long time.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms by the river
