“Best B & B Ever”
Reviewed 20 July 2014

My daughter had stayed her the year before and recommended it to me. We were here July 2nd and 3rd, 2014. It was delightful. Albina, the hostess is exceptional. The first thing she did was offer us a Brugge chocolate. The rooms were clean, well decorated, comfortable and charming. The location was fabulous- only a 10 minutes walk to the center of Brugge. But the best part of the B and B was the breakfast. it was the best B and B Breakfast I have ever had. So much to choose from, the best eggs, and wonderful home made pastries (made by Albina). She is very friendly and willing to answer any questions on where to go and what to see. Our time in Brugge was absolutely wonderful!!

the most beautiful B & B loved my stay, Albina is gorgeous she brings customer service to an entirely different level, nothing is too much. Accommodation is comfortable, spotless with great ambiance, short walk into the centre of town. Fantastic breakfast with home baking. Would stay nowhere else in Brugge.

Room Tip: I had the loft room which was gorgeous.

We go to Bruges every year, sometimes twice and love staying at B & B Yasmine. We have just returned from another trip there and as always everything was absolutely perfect. From the minute you walk through the door, to the genuinely warmest of welcomes, to when you leave Albina goes out of her way to ensure you have a good time. The location is great, the accomodation is lovely, immaculately clean, very well maintained with good quality furnishings and fittings. Well stocked fridge, hospitality tray, well placed power points and mirrors not to mention the lovely treats of wine and chocolates from Albina. The breakfasts are something to really look forward to. Not only is the food varied, plentiful and delicious (especially the home made bread and cakes) but this is where Albina really excels as she goes out of her way to look after everyone and to bring guests together. There is always a lovely atmostphere in the breakfast room and although Albina makes it all look so effortless as she goes from table to table, not to mention from language to language, as she chats to everyone you just know the enormous amount of effort and hard work she puts into it. Bruges really is a lovely, lovely city and B & B Yasmine is most definitely the jewel in the crown. Don't take my word for it, try it! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Albina & Yasmine for making us so very welcome....again.

We stayed for 5 wonderful nights. Albina is a generous funny outstanding hostess
Our room and indeed the whole house was spotless - the linen and towels all good quality. There is a fridge and tea and coffee making in the room which is wonderful
We were up in the attic and had a huge window skylight which opened and we could see the sky and lots of beautiful roofs and chimney tops. You could hear the church bells calling people to church. It is truly a beautiful home in a delightful area of Brugge
Both my husband and I were ill for a day and half and Albina was amazing always concerned for us offering things we might like and even when she went out she left a note for us to find where she was and her mobile to ring if we needed her above and beyond any other place we have ever stayed
There were Lots of good quality restaurants in the area ( check trip advisor). Just stay away from main tourist area
We walked everywhere and especially would recommend walking to canal with windmills and up towards dampoort you can then walk along the canal a little and catch a lovely little paddle steamer to Damme it's relaxing and lovely you can have half an hour there or longer and catch boat back
We also did a great Quasimodo tour of Flanders see separate review
By the way there is a lift in the house so no dragging suitcases up ten flights of stairs as is sometimes the case
In short I can not recommend this home more highly and a more sincere and kind hostess you won't find anywhere
Come here. Come to Brugge it's fairy tale

Room Tip: From what I could tell all rooms looked lovely. All have ensuite and are roomy

We had just two nights at Gallery Yasmine, but wished it could have been more.We will return. An excellent B&B within easy walking distance of the main squares of this beautiful city. Great room and a marvellous, home-cooked breakfast served in an elegant breakfast room surrounded by truly unqique works of art.

we stayed here for 2 nights and were very pleased with the accommodation as well as Albina's hospitality. Its located in a nice, quiet and gorgeous neighborhood. Walkable from the market but secluded enough. Has good eating options around as well. It has an elevator, thank god because we traveled with a tot (so a stroller) and I was 7 month pregnant so was not interested in walking up and down every time.

Our room was very comfortable (Indian lily or rose I can't remember the name now), aesthetically decorated and has everything you need in a b&b. Albina put a tot bed in our room (for free) at our request. Bathroom was recently done and clean.

Albina is very sweet and welcoming. We chatted over both our breakfasts and exchanged interesting stories :) The breakfast was delicious mix of homemade breads, croissants and danishes, eggs, juices, coffee, tea, meats, cheeses and cereal. Albina was very sweet to even pack a sumptuous survival packet for us on our day of the check out because we left very early (very thoughtfully circled up items including water bottles, juices, breads and pancakes! Thanks Albina)

All in all, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest and will surely return if we are ever in Bruges again, which in itself is a very beautiful town to visit.

How lucky I was to land here after 24 hours of traveling! Bruges is an enchanting place, and this exquisite B&B provides such a great base for exploration. From the chocolates on arrival to the superb home-cooked breakfast goodies, Albina pampers her guests. Only sorry that my stay was just for one night!
