Everything was enchanting-Definitely take the boat tour through the Canal. Well worth it. Walk the street and visit the Brewery (Only 1 on the canal).

A beautiful and unspoiled townscape. There are many historic buildings and although it is. A vibrant shopping centre, the shops have not spoiled the atmosphere. I especially loved the churches and the canals.

I loved walking around the narrow streets in the old town. The houses are all unique, and very interesting. The canal walk is peaceful. But you must watch out or cyclists! Also the narrow streets tend to be frequented by horses and carraiges. There are loads of cafes, churches, squares, and shops: whatever takes your fancy. But it is quite expensive

We loved our daily hikes through the city centre. Everything is in walking distance, and it was easy to accumulate 15,000 steps each day to see all Bruges has to offer. Our tip: take a cab if you have more than a 10 minute walk with luggage. Within 10 minutes our luggage wheels were nearly destroyed by the streets. There isn't a smooth stretch of concrete in the City Centre!
