My fiancée and I stayed at this hotel for 3 mights over a May weekend. First impressions of this hotel were really good from the grand entrance to the very friendly staff at reception.

We were made to feel very welcome and the room was even ready early for us so we could go straight out and start exploring Bruges.

The room was huge and had everything we could need except for a few minor things which didn't detract from the stay at all. These were the way the shower and toilet meant that if the shower didn't drain properly it may be a little wet on the floor by the toilet but like I said this was only minor.

The breakfast every morning was amazing as well as it was a hot breakfast not just cold meats and cheeses.

The best thing about this hotel though was the location. Everything we wanted was within walking distance and the hotel is right next to one of the main squares with loads of local restaurants and bars nearby.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family if they were thinking about going to Bruges.

Agree with all the previous posts about how beautiful, comfortable and well located this hotel is. We were part of a large group, so our experience may be somewhat different from individuals. Our room was not ready upon arrival but we didn't have to worry about our luggage, so we went for a walk. After enjoying our first Belgian waffles with chocolate sauce and strawberries just a few steps away from the hotel, and finding that we were just a block from the Grotte Markt and other places of interest, we returned to find a very clean and comfortable room.

While the hotel does not offer a dining room for dinner, it does have a sister hotel, The Duke's Palace, a few blocks away. We were offered the opportunity to enjoy a 3-course "Belgian Dinner" for the very reasonable price of €29! The regular price at the restaurant was €35.

If I were lucky enough to visit Bruges again, I would stay at this hotel.

I stayed here for one night with a group of friends. The location is brilliant, it is very central meaning that everything that you might want to visit is only a short walk away. The hotel itself is clean and the rroms are nice. The breakfast is good too. We had a great time.

This is a most attractive hotel centrally positioned near the main squares of old Brugge. The public areas are glamorous and the bedrooms attractive, quiet and comfortable and cleaned by friendly young women. Breakfast is generous and the staff there are obliging.
I have misgivings about the hotel where we stayed for five nights. It is rated four star. There were no porters or offers to help with luggage despite my use of a walking stick. Staff at reception were abrupt apart from the gentleman on duty early morning on 12/5/14. There was no restaurant or room service so after a day tourist ins in the cold when all we felt like was a bowl of hot soup we had to go out again.
Despite this, I would recommend it as a place to stay in Brugge

This is an impressive hotel right in the middle of town. Parking was fun with a car lift to the underground car park. Complimentary cava was served in the lounge and we loved the unusual nibbles served with the drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us an early check in and also allowed us to leave our car in the car park until 5pm after checking out. The rooms were large and immaculate, with a modern bathroom and complimentary l'occitane toiletries. The Wi-Fi coverage was good as was the buffet style breakfast. I can highly recommend this hotel

We spent three nights here staying in the more modern part of the hotel. Our room was a good size and was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom with bath and shower with L'Occitane toiletries, the bed was very comfortable The hotel is ideally placed just off one of the squares which makes it convenient yet quiet. The buffet breakfast provides excellent choice and staff were friendly and helpful.
